✨ Project Highlight: Sensory Room ✨

The Sensory Room pass-through grant from Village Thrift Shop made it possible to purchase calming, focusing, and skill‑building sensory tools that support students’ tactile, visual, and auditory needs. This dedicated space now offers students a safe, adaptable environment to regulate emotions, refocus, build independence, and proactively meet their sensory needs throughout the school day.

Thank you to the Village Thrift Shop for their generous support!

✨Project Highlight: Math Stackers ➕

Math Stackers have helped students in grades K–3 build a concrete understanding of numbers by allowing them to represent, compare, add, subtract, and even explore early multiplication concepts.

Thank you to the Village Thrift Shop for their generous pass-through grant, helping bring Math Stackers into these classrooms and allowing students to discover a love for math.

A huge thank‑you to the Village Thrift Shop for their generous pass‑through grant supporting early literacy in our schools. Thanks to their contribution, students are engaging more deeply with reading and building the strong literacy foundations they need to thrive.

✨Project Highlight: Clothes for Kids 👟👚

Thanks to a generous pass‑through grant from the Village Thrift Shop, this project helped ensure students received essential clothing to stay warm, comfortable, and ready to learn. This support made a meaningful difference for countless children in our community, and we are deeply grateful for the partnership that made it possible.

These funds are made possible through community donations of household goods and over 9,000 hours of volunteer time each year at the Village Thrift Shop. Through EPEF’s 501(c)(3) nonprofit status, we’re honored to help direct these “pass-through” grants to make a lasting impact.

Thank you, Village Thrift Shop , for your support.

See you at Skijor this weekend! ❄️

Come visit us at the Kid Zone on Saturday and Sunday for hands‑on fun and games!

$10 per child, with all proceeds supporting EPEF and our Estes Park School District students, teachers and staff. Hope to see you there! 🎿

Skijor is THIS weekend. Here’s what you need to know:

Skijor blends skiing, horsepower, and pure winter adrenaline. Skiers are pulled down the course by a horse and rider at full speed, hitting jumps, grabbing rings, and giving the crowd plenty to cheer for.

Here are the answers to the most common questions we’re getting:

• Is it happening? Yes. Even if it means bringing in extra snow or making our own, Skijor is on.

• Team changes? Changes can be made at competitor check-in Friday from 3–6 PM.

• Dogs? No dogs. Service dogs are allowed but not trackside for competitor safety.

• Do kids need tickets? Kids under 8 are free. Ages 9+ need a general admission ticket.

• Parking? Parking is managed by the Estes Park High School baseball team as a fundraiser. $5 per car. The main lot will fill fast, then the high school, then the parking garage. If you’re arriving around noon Saturday, expect a walk.
