You don’t need perfect words. You just need supportive ones. Believe them. Thank them for telling you. Let them choose what happens next. Support doesn’t mean taking control, it means giving them that control back.

Trauma isn't just what happened - it is how our minds and bodies respond to overwhelming experiences.🧠

SAVA has the privilege of working with over a hundred educators each school year through our prevention education programming. Thank you for making space in your classrooms for these critical conversations and for helping shape a future rooted in respect, consent, and safety. We couldn't do this work without you!

Help spread the word and join the global movement by wearing denim tomorrow on purpose, with purpose.

Denim Day began after a survivor’s case was dismissed by the Italian Supreme Court, citing the victim must have consented as she was wearing “tight jeans” and therefore would have had to help her perpetrator remove them.

Today, denim is worn worldwide to protest victim-blaming, turning fabric into a statement: clothing is NEVER consent.

Last call to "adopt" your rubber ducks before the Great Estes Park Duck Race, this Saturday, May 2nd.
This annual tradition takes place each spring in Estes Park, but you do not need to be present to win. This year's grand prize is $10,000, with many more up for grabs!

Sexual Assault Awareness Month can bring up a lot. If you've been impacted by sexual violence, this is your reminder that there is no wrong way to participate this April. Whether it’s setting boundaries, finding small moments of peace, or reaching out for support, what matters most is doing what feels right for you.

You always deserve to be listened to, believed, and supported.
