It was one year ago today. A very precious person was taken from us. I went up there to see the view she saw just before she died that awful day, and it was absolutely spectacular. I wanted to share it with you all. I made peace with the mountain 🏔, and I spread her ashes there. I can see this mountain every day, and now a piece of her will be there forever. 💙

Life is not the same without you. I love and miss you every single day and will until my last day on this earth. I know many others love and miss you too. I hope you feel that. Thank you for the impact you had on my life. I’ll carry the memories with me forever. Rest easy. 💙💙💙💙

Ashley’s memorial ride happening this weekend, in her happy place…Moab, Utah. It was her idea to have a Chevy Colorado ZR2 weekend in Moab, and so we are honoring her wish and remembering and celebrating her this weekend. More to photos to come.

She was at the Houston Marathon every year, either to work it, to run it or her favorite, to support her friends running it. She always loved to encourage and help people succeed and reach goals. Caring for people was her strength. I think that’s how she’d want us to remember her most.

I heard from several people you loved today. You were felt out there. We know you were there to support as always. 💙💙💙.

You would have been 36 years old today. I wish you were here to go on this adventure with us and to eat your favorite dessert, bread pudding. We did it for you, bad weather be damned , but it’ll never be the same without you. I hope you felt all of us in Colorado and Texas celebrating you today. I love and miss you so very much. Happy birthday to the most beautiful soul I’ve ever known. They say God takes the best early. No doubt you were one of the best. 💙💙💙. Save me a place 💙💙💙
