The Rotary Club of Estero has donated $5000 to Three Oaks Middle School. The funds will be used to develop the school's garden under the supervision of teacher Colleen Jackson. The Interact Club we support at the school voted to name the garden project “Seeds for Success, Three Oaks Rotary Garden “. This group is led by Matthew Osborne a Rotarian and teacher at the school. Also in attendance were Rotarians Mike Prior, Bruce Osborne, Steven Mayer and Forrest Walker. Mr Walker is also the Principal at the school.

Rotary Club of Estero hosts 13th annual Rice/Beans packaging for Interfaith Charities Food Bank by packing 2000lbs of Rice & Beans!!!

Over 21 Rotarians were there to assist along with two members of Lead Estero at Estero High School, three new potential members, 69 Rotakids, two parents and three teachers from Three Oaks Elementary School.

A big shout out to Gordon Drawer and his team, who did an excellent job coordinating the project with the Rotarians.

Our special guests were Larry & Margaret Byrnes.
As you all know Larry Byrnes started ROTA Kids 15 years ago. He was very happy to see our club continued to support this Rota kids club and the annual Rice and Beans project.

Upon entering Casa Blu, the family’s story hangs on the wall, with photos of three generations of the Suárez family and the blue house that is the foundation of this culinary legacy.

Chef Carlos Suárez and his team cook most of the dishes in their two special wood-fire ovens from Napoli, Italy that also serve as the striking focal point in the center of the space.
