My connection to the MS community is especially personal. My mother courageously battled Multiple Sclerosis throughout much of her life, inspiring me and my siblings through her resilience, faith, perseverance, and unwavering love for others despite daily challenges. Watching her journey gave me a deep appreciation for movement, encouragement, compassion, and community support for those living with MS and other physical limitations.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National College of Exercise Professionals and take great joy in playing a role in providing programs that help improve strength, balance & stability, stronger core, and a sense of community.
I will be the Site Coordinator at the Estero MS Community Center on Mondays. I will continue to provide fitness instruction at the Buckingham MS Community Center on Tuesdays. I am excited and honored to be in this new position to further assist the MS community. I look forward to meeting you and coming alongside you on your journey.
