Since 1927, the Estacada Garden Club has been dedicated to stimulating the knowledge and love of gardening; supporting the protection of native trees, plants, and birds; and encouraging civic beauty. The Oregon State Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc. provides education, resources, and statewide networking opportunities to promote the love of gardening, floral design, civic beautification, and environmental responsibility. Why Join a Garden Club?

As summer begins to wind down, it's the perfect time to plant the seed for a new adventure! The Estacada Garden Club is excited to kick off a new season of meetings this September, and we'd love to welcome new members.

Whether you're an experienced gardener, just getting started, or simply enjoy flowers, nature, and meeting wonderful people, there's a place for you in our club.

Our mission is to share knowledge in horticulture, gardening, and environmental stewardship; award scholarships to local students; and actively participate in beautifying our community. Along the way, we nurture friendships, foster a sense of belonging, and celebrate the joy of gardening together.

Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of each month (September through June), from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the Estacada Public Library (Floral Room), unless otherwise announced.

We have two new evening meetings happening on October 22, 2026 and February 25, 2027.

Your first visit is always free, so come see what we're all about! Bring a friend and discover how rewarding it is to learn, grow, serve, and bloom together.

We are looking for donations of wood, small logs, or large branches to help line the wood chip pathways in the garden. (See photo for an example.)

The Estacada Garden Club continues to make great progress on the garden project at Philip Foster Farm, and these natural materials will help define pathways, reduce erosion, and add to the garden’s historic character.

If you have suitable materials you would like to donate, please let us know. Thank you for supporting this community project!

So why a picture of our sort-outs🧐. We are currently without a pig farmer to take it all away and our customers with chickens and other big eaters have been taking what they need. Next time you are in, bring a bucket and take what you like!!! No waste is a good thing🐝🐝🐝
