Congratulations to our MV FFA Chapter Parliamentary Procedure team for breaking finals!

The team qualified by winning the East Central District competition last fall. Today they took a 50 question test over parliamentary procedure, completed a practicum over meeting minutes, and showcased their talents during an 11 minute demonstration followed by questions.

They will compete in a final round this evening consisting of another meeting demonstration, a team practicum and answer questions from the judges.

The winning teams will be announced during opening session of the State FFA Convention on Wednesday, May 27th.

Congratulations to Mission Valley FFA who was just named a Triple Crown Award Finalists!

The Triple Crown award is given to the top Kansas FFA chapter in the National Chapter Award program, which recognizes chapters that actively implement the mission and strategies of the organization. This honor will be awarded during the Seventh session of the Kansas FFA Convention May 29th.

FFA Outdoor Adventure Day was a success!!
Thank you to our professional presenters who volunteered their time today to teach our Pre-K-6th graders about the outdoors & natural resources.
Thank you to all of our FFA members who presented workshops throughout the day. Thank you to our FFA members who were group leaders, support staff and announcers.

8. Wonder Wands Art Station--Nova Duehring, Adalyn Hoffman, Kai Jacobson, and Hailey Groeling
9. Corn Hole Games--Taylor Brammell, Jake Mills, Sam Bryan, Maddie Kraus

Putting on an all day workshop for 100% of our elementary students is no small feat, but it is worth every minute of planning to watch the smiles on the kids faces. Thank to our community who helps support the Mission Valley FFA , this helps us to makes days like this happen for our Mission Valley School.
