My plan was to wind up the posts for this year w/ photos of our amazing Grape Day 5K Family, all of YOU! You are the heart beat of The Grape Day 5K. (photos are now up on the website www.grapeday5k.com.)
With inspiration, I pivoted & decided to share two stories of many, from the start and finish lines of this year’s Grape Day 5K, in their own words on what the Grape Day 5K is all about. Photos by Ken Waddell.

“Escondido Sunrise Rotary inspired me to do what I thought I couldn’t in the face of my MS battle - walk the Grape Day 5K course! Thank you! And thank you Renata Sahagian and Howard's Team for your loving support of me and this goal!”
