Saint Mother Cabrini was the first United States citizen to be canonized by the Catholic Church. Born in Italy in 1850, she dedicated herself to religious life from an early age. She founded the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, aiming to assist Italian immigrants in the United States. Her tireless work and dedication earned her sainthood recognition. Cabrini established herself in various countries throughout her life, leaving a legacy of love and service to the most vulnerable immigrant orphans children of her time.
