My name is Sarai Estrada and I've been singing for as long as I can remember in various choirs and groups. The last choir I was with was the Aspen Choral Society in Colorado preforming Handel's Messiah. This is my first show with Genesis Opera Theatre, and I'm very excited to be a part of this amazing production!

Timothy Chang, Tenor (Chorus): Timothy Chang is a San Diego native who recently finished his master’s degree in Data Science. He recently performed in the San Diego Master Chorale’s “Echoes” concert this past November 2025, and has sung in the UCLA Chorale in years past. He is also a hired holiday caroler and can be seen performing throughout the region during the holiday seasons. He is very excited to sing with Genesis for the first time in “Trial by Jury!”

Alexis Alfaro, tenor, has sung in internationally recognized opera houses and on street corners. People usually say, “He sings them real pretty, he sings them real sad, and the music he makes…Ain’t half bad.” The eclectic tenor infuses every note he sings with a lifelong love of music. With over two decades of mesmerizing audiences, he has graced the stages of esteemed institutions like San Diego Opera and Lyric Opera Kansas City, leaving an indelible mark on beloved productions such as "Don Giovanni," "Dead Man Walking," "The Pearl Fishers," "Rigoletto," "All is Calm," "La Cenerentola," and the critically acclaimed "Madame Butterfly," and currently completed his 15th season with San Diego Opera. He most recently performed as Harlequin and Young Gypsy with Pacific Lyric Opera for their 2024 season. His performances as Tybalt in "Romeo and Juliet" and Don Jose in "Carmen" with Pacific Lyric Opera stand as poignant highlights showcasing his remarkable talent and versatility. In concert with Lyric Opera of Orange County, Alexis effortlessly embodies characters like the charming Count Almaviva from "The Barber of Seville" and the lovable Nemorino from "The Elixir of Love," enthralling audiences with his dynamic range and emotive delivery. Beyond the spotlight, Alexis's passion extends to the rugby pitch, where he referees World Rugby and Major League Rugby, showcasing a true embodiment of passion and talent as both an artist and athlete.
