For anyone who follows this page… we have been relatively quiet for the past few years after the start of the smART festival in our schools and the work of collaborating with the California Alliance for Arts Education quieted down. We reached many of the goals of that collaborative work by creating a program that changes the landscape of Arts Ed and created new and lasting connections, partnerships, and sustainability in our community around arts education. With today being the beginning of April and Arts, Culture and Creativity month and the City of Escondido doing various activities and providing many new opportunities for our community. I thought this would be a great time to reach out to the 500+ people that follow this page and give you a place to share opportunities and happenings around town on this post. I will be happy to re-share or promote your event or opportunity to the art community that follows this page.
