CANDY SHIPPING REMINDER: If you are not taking candy to Dr Chan's office or shipping directly to Operation Gratitude, Candy MUST be dropped off at That Place That Ships between 9am - 11:30am tomorrow in order for Dr. Chan's truck to pick it up. Candy must be in boxes or you will be charged .15 cents per pound. Thanks again for all of your efforts!

Please note that you will have THREE candy shipping options:

1. Drop off at That Place That Ships with 2 location.s in Escondido during Nov 1-8. If you bring your candy in boxes, shipping is FREE! If you bring candy in bags, shipping will be 15 cents/lb.

Locations are at 243 S. Escondido Blvd, Escondido, CA 92025 near Discount Tire and
1835 S. Centre City Pkwy, Escondido, CA 920205 near Major Market.
PLEASE have them weigh your candy and email me with the pounds of candy you shipped.

2. Ship at your cost directly to Operation Gratitude in Chatsworth, CA. See website for details

*In order to receive proper credit, you must completely fill out attached Operation Gratitude "Halloween Donor" form
* Since you will be saving money on shipping fees, we request that you donate to Operation Gratitude along with your candy a minimum of 100toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss, travel size mouthwash or sealed Lip balm. We want to keep the smiles on the troops' faces all shiny, bright and healthy! Or you can make a $30 tax deductible donation to "Operation Gratitude".
Please be sure to include these items on your donor form.(please email for form)
