MDSCAA Early Childhood Program offers FREE, high quality, comprehensive preschool services for children 3-5 years of age through Head Start and Great Start Readiness Programs. Enrollment is prioritized on many factors, including income, homelessness, foster care, and children with special needs. Contact us to learn more.
