Good morning GFWC Escanaba. As you know, I’m on the Enhance Escanaba. We have been given a budget by the city to put in some plantings by the new bathroom down at the municipal dock. If anybody’s interested in helping us do that here is what we’re going to be doing, where we’re doing it and what you need to bring along. We are going to make it, in Karen’s words, a “Pretty Potty”

We are good to go for next Thursday morning at 9:00 for a planting party at the pretty potty😸 Please bring gloves, buckets, flat shovels, spade shovels, and rakes.

Good morning ladies. Escanaba GFWC is certainly looking forward to hosting the district meeting on September 24 and 25th. While you’re in town, be sure to visit some of our beautiful stores downtown. Our newest store called the Water Lilly, is a wonderful new shop and something I think you would find very interesting. Other shops in town include Lisa Ann Boutique, the Luddington Gallery, there’s a bookstore and a cupcake shop, and so much more. And with any luck our Ludington Street will be open, which will make traveling around town so much easier. See you in September..

GFWC Escanaba please save September 24 and 25 for our District 5 Annual Meeting. Thursday night will be our meet and greet at the Escanaba yacht club from 5 to 7 and our speaker will be JL Hyde. Friday we will be at the Episcopalian Church in Escanaba from 830 to around three. Hope to see y’all there.
