Become a mentor and help us lower the student to mentor ratio!

A lower student-to-mentor ratio means there are fewer students assigned to each mentor. This usually means...

Mentors have more time to give individual attention to each student’s needs and interests.

With fewer students, mentors can build more supportive relationships and better understand each student’s strengths and challenges.

Students may feel more comfortable asking questions and engaging when the group is smaller.

Most importantly, this leads to improved outcomes for students!

Lemmer (T 9:20-10:05am)
Escanaba Student Success Center- Male Mentors (T 9:30-10:15am)

Escanaba Upper Elementary (W 7:40-8:10am)
Escanaba Students Success Center-Female Mentors (W 9:30-10:15am)
Escanaba Junior High School (W 10:40-11:10)
Escanaba Senior High School (W 11:45-12:15)
