We’re excited to share that Delta Regional Child Advocacy Center’s National Children’s Alliance accreditation application has officially been submitted!
Our final application and supporting documentation totaled 1,076 pages, but those pages represent so much more than paperwork.
They represent the hard work of our CAC staff and multidisciplinary team. They reflect countless meetings, case reviews, protocol updates, documentation, collaboration, problem-solving, and the commitment our partners bring to children and families every single day.
While DRCAC is the organization applying for accreditation, this application is truly a reflection of how Delta County as a whole responds to child abuse and neglect cases.
We are incredibly grateful for our law enforcement partners, prosecutors, child protective services, medical and mental health professionals, victim advocates, forensic interviewers, and every MDT partner who has helped strengthen this response.
To our DRCAC staff, thank you for the hours, the persistence, the flexibility, and the heart you have poured into this work. Reaching this point would not have been possible without you.
There are still steps ahead in the accreditation review process, but today we are celebrating the people behind those 1,076 pages.
This milestone belongs to the team. 💙
