April Adams, Melanie McPherrin and Michelle Fitzgerald enjoyed participating in parent clubs at each level of education in the district. After working alongside so many dedicated parents and community members, they along with many other parent volunteers realized the need for district wide foundation to help supplement the parent clubs and to provide for additional educational opportunities at all
district sites. After observing a huge success in such foundations in neighboring school districts, a mission began to form a non-profit organization that would benefit the EUSD students. That vision has now become a reality! The Escalon Educational Foundation (EEF) is now up and running! Our goal is to include the community in supporting our Escalon students by working together and incorporating our talents, trades and finances. The EEF is not meant to replace any of our existing parents clubs, many of which enjoy amazing parent involvement. Rather to supplement such groups and other district wide clubs that benefit our students.
