United Way of Unicoi County, TN This page represents the Unicoi County, Tennessee, United Way. Unicoi County United Way is an independent agency. We are unique. We have no employees.

The United Way of Unicoi County is a 501(c)(3) corporation registered with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Charitable Solicitation Division of the Tennessee Secretary of State. We have been in existence since 1946, however our name was changed to our current name in 1975. Instead we utilize an all volunteer board. This allows us the opportunity to return 94 cents of every dollar we raise to support non-profit organizations in our county.
