Your brain has a favorite story and what if that story isn’t true? What if that story has been lying to you your entire life?

We all have core beliefs…some of us more negative than positive ones.

Reframing and Replacing negative thoughts is crucial to rewiring our brains….

So stop, challenge the negativity and let’s begin believing a different story!

“What if” is such a distressing thought for every one of us. It can lead to fear, doubt, anxiety, worry, stress…and so much more.

What if we taught ourselves to challenge that thought instead of accepting it as is? Could there be power in that change of thinking?!

Self-isolating is often a coping mechanism for burnout, stress, or mental health struggles.

It always starts small…”I don’t feel like going.” “No thanks, not today”…but before long you have walled yourself off to the world, pushed away your support system and you start believing that nobody cares.

These thoughts will lead you to some of the darkest and loneliest places if you are not careful.

Don’t struggle alone. Reach out. Someone cares and someone will listen.
