It is that time of the year again!
Join us for our annual Wassail Open House.

If you have ever wanted to come on one of our ghost tours or book your own paranormal investigation - do it now! We have the building for the month of December INCLUDING FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS. And if we're lucky (and get enough bookings) maybe we can get a couple weeks in early January - but that's it.

We're going to update the webpage today with all the details and dates. You can fill out the form on the webpage to book your tour or investigation.

Sunday - Thursday: $300 ($150 non refundable security deposit)
Friday or Saturday: $500 ($250 non refundable security deposit)

❄️Winter Prices (December - February):
Sun-Thursday: $150 ($75 security non refundable deposit)
Friday or Saturday: $300 ($150 non refundable security deposit)

For up to 10 people. Additional guests above 10 are pro-rated from the base price. Deposit is half which reserves your date and the remainder is due upon arrival.

4️⃣Public Hunts- $85 630p-330a (Please see calendar for dates). There’s a few event companies we allow to hold events, which are also listed on our calendar.
