Big news on our end that can help take our organization to the next level. It took more than a year of our sweat to get to this point, but this position with Millcreek Township will be the key to unlocking and raising major money for neighborhood projects.

Our goal has been to build PINN as a replicable model to help spread revitalization across the Township and Erie County, and we're one step closer to making that a reality. Stay tuned!

Officials in Millcreek Township are looking to expand their outreach to the public by establishing a new community planner position. The position would be working in the township’s planning a…

Friends help friends help Presque Isle! Gotta keep the sand flowing in our big backyard!

In a matter of weeks, we’ve gone from full ice coverage on Lake Erie to nearly a complete thaw, and now, Presque Isle’s shoreline is taking yet another beating.

It’s a clear reminder of why sand nourishment is so critical. Our shorelines need to be continually protected.

As a direct support organization for Presque Isle State Park, we feel a responsibility to advocate for the federal funding needed to protect it.

If you care about Presque Isle, please take a minute to sign the petition and help us push for that funding.

Slow, Slimy, and Surprisingly Educational! 🐌🐌🐌

Step right up and cheer on the fastest slowpokes in the water! Our Mystery Snail Races invite participants to place their bets on which invasive mystery snail will slime its way to the finish line first. While the snails do their thing (slowly but surely), you’ll learn how these tiny invaders can cause big problems for Pennsylvania’s waterways, and, more importantly, what simple steps you can take to stop their spread.

It’s part science, part spectacle, and all fun. Come for the race, stay for the conservation know‑how.
