Recently, CEO Brandon Wiley OpenedEyes Consulting & Coaching had the pleasure of working with Millcreek Township Government through our Culturally Conscious Conversations 101 & 102 program! 👁️💙

Through honest dialogue, personal reflection, and interactive discussions, we explored self-awareness, bias, communication, inclusive leadership, and what it means to create belonging for coworkers and the community they serve.

The team brought thoughtful questions, openness, and meaningful participation throughout the session. What stood out most was their optimism about what comes next: bringing ideas together, strengthening everyday practices, and turning these conversations into ongoing action.

Thank you, Millcreek Township, for investing in your team and welcoming the opportunity to learn and grow together. We’re excited to see how you build on this experience!

Our hearts are with our city of Erie following the devastating shooting. We grieve the lives lost, including children, and extend our deepest compassion to the families, loved ones, neighbors, and first responders affected.

There are no words that can make this loss easier. There is room for us to show up for one another with care, patience, and a willingness to listen.

Please check in on your people today. Make the call. Send the message. Give someone space to share without feeling pressure to have the right words or answers. Keep checking in after the headlines fade.

If this tragedy has left you feeling overwhelmed, frightened, angry, or brought up a past loss, you deserve support, too. Reach out to someone you trust or a mental health professional. You do not have to carry it alone.

The 2nd Annual Monster Meat Raffle is coming up on Saturday, October 17, and we need a few extra hands to help us make the day a success!

We’re looking for volunteers to help with things like:

🎟️ Check-in & registration
🎁 Basket raffle
💰 50/50 & raffle ticket sales
🥩 Meat raffle assistance
🪑 Set-up & clean-up
🙌 General event support

You don’t have to volunteer for the entire event! We have different shifts available throughout the day, so pick the time and role that works best for you.
