Tonight our Saint George Youth Ministry spent the evening creating a little extra love & gratitude 🧡🦃

Our 5th-12th grade students decorated Thanksgiving placemats for residents at a local nursing home. Each one is decorated with prayers & fun drawings to remind our neighbors that they are seen, loved, & remembered this holiday season.

“Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever.” 🙏

✨ Youth Ministry Life Night! ✨
Service Hour Opportunity!

Join us on Monday, November 10 from 6:00-7:00pm in the SGS Multipurpose Room for a special evening of gratitude and giving!

We’ll be decorating Thanksgiving placemats for nursing home residents to brighten their holiday and remind them they are loved and remembered. 🧡🦃

This is a great way to earn service hours while spreading kindness and joy!

Today we celebrate the first feast day of Saint Carlo Acutis, a modern witness to the power of the Eucharist and a reminder that holiness is possible at any age.

Known as the “cyber apostle of the Eucharist,” Carlo used his love for technology to share miracles of the Eucharist around the world. He once said: “The Eucharist is my highway to heaven.”

May his example inspire us to use our gifts—online and offline—to draw others closer to Christ.
