Emma's Footprints Each of us at Emma’s Footprints has healed from our loss better and faster because of support we received from someone who has “been there”. A friend. A guide.

Emma's Footprints is a support community for families grieving infant and pregnancy loss, providing emotional support, compassionate guidance, and financial assistance for burial, cremation, memorialization, and counseling services. A caregiver. We’d be honored to provide that same compassionate care to you.

𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗽𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗱𝗲: Throughout the month of October, we are honoring Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month with a special five-part panel series exploring the many different parts of grief, healing, and remembering our babies.

This week, we are pausing to remember our babies and celebrate the lives they lived, no matter how short their time with us may have been.

In this special Wave of Light episode, we talk about Remembering Our Babies: Honoring Their Lives and Their Legacy.

We explore the different ways families continue to honor their babies, from saying their names and creating traditions to remembering important dates and including them in their family’s story. We also talk about what it means to be a parent after loss and the lasting impact our babies can have on our lives.

During Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, we hope this conversation serves as a gentle reminder that our babies are worth remembering, their lives matter, and their stories deserve to be told.

We’ll begin with a candlelight service honoring the babies who will always be part of our stories as we take part in the worldwide Wave of Light movement, followed by Yin Yoga.

Join Heather, Lyla’s mom, and the Soleo Wellness team for a guided wellness experience created with grieving mothers in mind. This is an opportunity to slow down, take a breath, and spend time with other moms who understand the unique experience of carrying both love and loss.

As an educator, author, speaker, and grief advocate, Cecily has dedicated her life to creating space for honesty, healing, and connection. Through her own experience of losing her daughter, she has found a powerful way to put words to grief and remind others that they do not have to carry their pain alone.

We are so grateful for the perspective, strength, and love Cecily shares with our organization and the families we serve. We hope your day is extra special!

This week, we are talking about The Loneliness of Loss: Finding Connection After Baby Loss.

Pregnancy and infant loss can leave parents feeling incredibly alone. Sometimes it can feel like the world keeps moving while you are trying to find your way through a loss that changed everything.

In this conversation, we talk about what loneliness can look like after loss, how relationships can change, and the experience of feeling misunderstood by the people around us. We also explore what it means to find connection again, whether through one person who truly sees us, a support group, another grieving parent, or simply having a safe place to share our story.

If you have ever felt alone in your grief, we hope this episode reminds you that your feelings are valid, your story matters, and there are people who understand.

At our Melbourne Memorial Walk, baby remembrance signs fill the walk with the names of the babies who are forever loved and remembered by their families.
