𝗙𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗬 𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧
Ten years.
Ten years of loving Gus.
Ten years of missing him every single day. 💙
On June 3, it will be 10 years since Gus died from SIDS. In honor of his life and legacy, his parents, Julie and Mike Swanson, set a goal to raise $10,000 for Emma’s Footprints by his passing date and thanks to the incredible love and support of family and friends, they are already more than halfway there.
Now, they’re asking the Emma’s Footprints community to come alongside them and help make this difficult day a little brighter.
𝘽𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 $𝟭𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙨 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙪𝙡: It means 10 funerals covered for grieving families who should never have to worry about how they will pay to bury their baby while walking through the unimaginable pain of pregnancy or infant loss.
Emma’s Footprints was there for the Swanson family in their darkest moments, helping cover Gus’s cremation and urn, supporting their marriage through counseling and retreat opportunities, and surrounding them with a community who understood their grief. Now, they hope to give that same compassion back to other families.
