Starting the year off strong at our ICA Member Fest last week! 💙🎉

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us and helped make the event such a success. We’re so grateful for our incredible ICA members and the professionals who continue to come together, connect, collaborate, and support Erie County’s aging community.

We hope you had as much fun as we did! 🥳 See you all at our first general meeting on 9/4 at 11:30am!

Congratulations to Sharon Niemi, recipient of the ICA Member of the Year Award! 🎉

For many years, Sharon has been a dedicated and passionate member of the Independent Council on Aging, consistently giving her time, energy, and heart to support our mission and the seniors we serve.

One of the many ways Sharon has made a difference is through her leadership and hard work in helping organize and coordinate our annual Valentine’s Day Luncheon. She does such a fabulous job! Her commitment behind the scenes, attention to detail, and willingness to do whatever is needed help make this cherished event a success year after year.

Sharon’s unwavering dedication, volunteer spirit, and commitment to serving older adults have made a lasting impact on ICA and our community. We are incredibly grateful for her many years of service and proud to recognize her as this year’s ICA Member of the Year.
