Thank you to all of the community caretakers who joined us today at Buzz N' B's Aquarium & Pet Shop!

If you couldn't make it or want more information on community cats and how to help, we have added additional resources to our education page just for YOU! We have also added a filter and search bar to better help you find what you are looking for as more resources are added.

National feral cat day! We are here with some other amazing organizations in Erie advocating for our feral felines.

CAC has created food vouchers for our community caretakers (as supplies last) for 1, 40 pound bag of dry food and 15, 5.5oz cans of wet food.

We also have available handouts for educational materials on feral cats. After the event, these will also be available for download on our website at companionanimalcoalition.org as part of our new program, CAC U.

We hope to see you soon! 🐈 🐈‍⬛

Thelma is watching and waiting for a family to adopt her!

Thelma was abandoned after a house fire while she was heavily pregnant, left to survive during one of the most vulnerable moments of her life. Despite everything she has been through, she remains incredibly deserving of love, safety, and a family who will never give up on her.

Thelma is ready to leave her difficult past behind and begin the peaceful life she always deserved. She would love a home where she can feel safe, cherished, and cared for forever.

We can’t believe Trompette de Chamade and Unda Maris are still available for adoption! These two kittens came in from a litter of five and are somehow the last two waiting for their home.

Their names may be a little fancy, but they’re simply two cute kitties ready to bring some extra joy, and plenty of kitten charm, into someone’s home.

Could one of them be the new little friend you’ve been hoping for?

Submissions are open through October 11.

You may recognize the face in this post. Scrambelina has a way of getting everyone’s attention, but we’re hoping you’ll stick around to check out something new.

Companion Animal Coalition has launched a new website designed to be a helpful, easy-to-use resource for our community.

Visit all of our new pages including CAC U which has educational handouts and will have instructional videos. Our Resources page brings together local organizations that may be able to help with situations like finding kittens, needing temporary pet placement during a housing crisis, or looking for pet food assistance.

We can’t provide every service ourselves, but there are people and organizations in our community who may be able to help. We created this site to make it easier to find them, and we’ll keep adding information and resources over time.

Explore the new site: companionanimalcoalition.org.

We hope it helps you, and we’d love to hear what resources or pages you’d like to see added!! Comment below what you want to see or love on the site so far ⬇️
