Hi local businesses. CO-Create Erie is a makerspace coming soon to Schofield Farm. If you don't know what a makerspace is, we are a large workshop providing the community with tools and equipment to do woodworking, electronics, sewing, ceramics, 3D printing, laser cutting/engraving and more. We will have paid memberships, but will also offer scholarships and sponsored memberships for those in the community that can't afford access.

We’re posting because we have a garden tour fundraiser coming up on June 28 and are seeking sponsorship from local businesses. This will give your business visibility to our followers and garden tour guests that come from all over the region. Here are three ways you can support us: 1-Financial sponsorship, which helps us with operating costs, sponsored memberships and purchasing equipment; 2-In-kind sponsorship, which are items or services that we can add to our silent auction to raise funds; 3-purchase garden tour tickets, which is an all-day event. We also have options for tax-deductible donation, anonymous donation and annual sponsorship.

A little about our garden tour:
We start the day early with a self guided map of 6-8 amazing garden properties. Each garden is assigned a plein air artist painting each property. The garden tour ends at 1pm for our guests to take a break, get a bite to eat and freshen up. At 4pm the Sunset Celebration begins at the East Side Art Institute where we will have refreshments, food trucks, live music, live glass blowing, pottery throwing demonstrations by artists at East Side and gardening education by McConnell & Sons Greenhouse and Garden Center.
