FALL CLASSES STARTING SEPT 13th! Get signed up today!!

Help your kids build confidence and resilience as they learn how to better move their bodies! Through CrossFit Erie kids' programs your kiddo(s) will try new things and overcome obstacles in ways that will help them develop physical competencies. The more competent they are the more confident they will feel and the more motivated they will become to continue taking on challenges.

Sign ups are OPEN for our next session of CrossFit Kids classes starting March 29th. CrossFit helps your kiddo(s) figure out how to more effectively move their bodies and develop skills that are transferable to many other sports and activities which, in turn, builds their confidence - and who doesn't want more confident kids!

There are 6 general components of fitness that can have an impact on athletic performance, they are: power, speed, balance, coordination, accuracy, and agility. Last week we focused specifically on BALANCE and COORDINATION with multiple single leg movements. We finished class with a fun obstacle course testing their AGILITY and ability to strategize different ways of getting through the course.

We have started our first session of classes for the fall! It has been great having many familiar faces AND some new ones!! This week we focused on “pushing and pulling” by dialing in our push-up mechanics and rowing technique. I love our power house girls class of 5-9 year olds. It’s rewarding to see their growth and their drive as they’ve gotten a little older and more confident with how their bodies move!
