We are a Nonprofit organization dedicated to helping bridge the gap between urgent mental health needs and care that changes and, in some cases saves, lives. We envision a community where no one faces hardship, and the journey toward healing, alone. A community where pathways to mental health, spiritual support, and faith-based resources are open and accessible to anyone who wants and needs them. Sometimes the help someone needs is available—but simply out of reach.

A person may know they need therapy. A couple may be ready to ask for help. Someone may be longing for the support of a coach or spiritual director. But when finances are already stretched, getting that help can feel impossible.

That’s why Pathways to Grace Ministries exists.

We are a local nonprofit committed to removing financial barriers to care by helping individuals and families access therapy, coaching, and spiritual direction when they otherwise may not be able to afford it.

And that’s why we’re hosting the **Pathways to Grace Classic Disc Golf Tournament** on Saturday, November 7 at South Hills Park.

Yes, it’s a day to play disc golf, have some fun, and enjoy being together—but it’s also about something much bigger.

Every sponsorship, registration, and donation helps create a pathway for someone in our community to receive help, find hope, and move toward healing.

We would love for you to be part of it. 💙
