Earlier this week, students from Ephrata High School 4H spent time in the garden. They were reunited with the plants that they grew, took soil samples, and learned about proper care techniques. It is important to teach kids not only where our food comes from, but also the ripple effect of extraordinary value their kindness generates throughout the community.

Our 🌎Earth Day: Community Garden Celebration will feature the official RIBBON CUTTING on the brand new 🦋Pollinator 🌼Wildflower🌻 garden🌺.
Additionally, activities will include:
* a table hosted by the Ephrata Public Library to promote gardening and bee programs, free wildflower seed packets and a craft/activity
* a table hosted by the Penn State Extension Master Gardeners with information and tips for budding gardeners
* Garden plot sign-ups (Plots limited)
