What an amazing Lunch & Learn this week! ✨

A huge thank you to Hilary Thompson with The HARTT Collaborative for spending the afternoon with us and sharing such an impactful message on “Prepping for Holiday Turbulence: Take Care of the PILOT©.”

Hilary shared practical tools for navigating stress, especially as we head into the busy holiday season, and talked about the importance of recognizing how stress affects the way we think, communicate, and show up for the people around us. We loved learning ways to better take care of ourselves so we can better handle the turbulence that comes our way!
