Our hearts are full after celebrating 40 years of puppy raising in Enumclaw yesterday! 💙🐾

What an incredible gift it was to have so many people come together to celebrate this milestone with us, including former puppy raisers and club leaders, longtime community supporters, friends, families, and the Mayor of Enumclaw.

Forty years represents so many puppies, so many volunteers, countless hours of training and socialization, and a community that has supported our raisers every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has been part of our club’s story, whether you raised a puppy, supported a raiser, welcomed our puppies into your business or organization, cheered us on, or helped us along the way.

Thank you, Enumclaw, for showing up for our club for four decades and for making yesterday such a wonderful celebration. Here’s to the puppies, people, friendships, and community that have made the past 40 years possible, and to all that is still ahead! 💙🐾

More than 5,000 working guide dogs help people who are blind or visually impaired across the country. For some of those dogs, their journey begins in the Enumclaw area, where a group of volunteers helps prepare puppies

Puppy Truck is coming, the puppy truck is coming🐾🎉

May Pupdates are up! Brady and Fornell are doing awesome things!
Brady: Happy summertime from Brady! Right now, Brady is mastering the art of guiding—avoiding obstacles, following directions, and making smart choices. And when the harness comes off? It's zoomies and bone time again! Brady has been such a joy to work and get to know! He never fails to impress everyone around him!
Fornell: Happy summertime from Fornell! Fornell is a calm, collected, and cuddly companion-in-the-making. With big, soulful eyes and ears that perk up whenever he knows how well he did. Fornell adorable face gets everyone's attention out in town. He has enjoyed learning all about the guide dog lifestyle and is always eager to learn more.

Today was a happy sad day for the Enumclaw Club. Both Fornell and Brady went back on the puppy truck for their formal training. We are so proud of these pups and their raisers! These two fine gentlemen will have the best time learning new things 🩵🩵
