Alright, friends… We need a little backup to finish the year strong! We are down to the last five weeks of Backpack Program and we’re working hard to stretch every dollar and stay on budget budget (because that’s how we take care YOUR support) To keep our kiddos fed, here’s what we’re hoping to collect 40 boxes of oatmeal 842 snacks (yep, we counted). 80 boxes of mac & cheese 30 boxes of top Ramen 116 cases of soup. I know this looks like a lot but when this community shows up, we can accomplish a lot! Go grab a few extra items on your grocery run and help us. Make sure every child heads home with food in their backpacks! Let’s do what we do best… Take care of our kids!

They’re hosting a food drive to support our Backpack Program, helping ensure local kids have the food they need. Even better—every item you bring earns you an entry into a raffle for King County Fair tickets!

Proud is an understatement. Five HealStrike athletes completed their first 5k today, along with their coach mentors. They pushed their limits today and met a new part of themselves - the part that shows up, sets goals, pushes harder, connects with the people who believe in them and, most importantly, connects with their best self.
