LUCY – A spayed, female, Husky, born approximately March 2026 and currently weighing in at 40 lbs.
Lucy was found hungry and wandering off the North Hwy up by Joseph Lookout. After a month of searching, no owner has come forward leading us to believe she may have been dumped there. Lucy is a very sweet girl who loves to snuggle with people. She gets along well with other dogs and enjoys playing with pups her age and size. She loves walks and runs but probably best to leave her on a leash as she gets excited when she sees deer and might chase them if she has the chance. She is known to jump and climb so she will need a home with a run or enclosed kennel. She is house broken and does okay left on her own in a house. She knows how to sit and is learning other commands. Lucy is super smart and eager to please. If you give her the chance, she will be your best friend.
