We are open till 3 today and then again at 6:30 for the dinner train.

We have some beautiful consignments to decorate your home or to gift someone special and you can probably find some great flour here as well as our famous seasoned flour.
There is a lot packed into our little store and also some great people to help you.

We are open 10 to 4 on Fridays and Saturdays and 10 to 3 on Saturdays. On Saturday evenings you will find us open to greet the passengers on the dinner trains at 7.

We are volunteers here and often painfully short handed so please bear that in mind especially in placing orders
If you would like a 25 lb. bag of flour, you must give us 3 days notice. We just can't do it in less. We have been pretty lenient on this but since Terry and Joe are out only millers and Terry works a full time job, it gets pretty difficult to keep up. We ask that you please honor this rule so we can serve you well. You may call in an order at 785 479 0974 and leave a message on Monday or Tuesday. We will respond ASAP. Thank you so much

The Abilene & Smoky Valley Railroad is welcoming fall with the Just-About-Autumn Express on Saturday, September 5, featuring a delicious dinner prepared by Murphy’s Kitchen.

🚂 Depart Abilene’s historic Rock Island Depot at 6 p.m.

We have some exciting news concerning the mill and the Abilene Smoky Valley Railroad. On Wednesday we had visitors from K State who shared with us about our milling business and how we can possibly do some expansion. We learned that there are many grants available to help us as well as the ASVRR. It's a bit early to say much as there are plenty of unknowns in such a project but some wonderful ideas and possibilities were brought up that could very well be most beneficial to Enterprise as well as the railroad and the mill. When you consider the number of train passengers and Mill visitors who come here each year, this may be most exciting!

We will be open at 10 to.supply you with flour, pancake mix, seasoned flour, etc. Terry is hard at work early this morning doing some cleaning and catching up filling some orders. Some days it is pretty hard to do all by yourself.

There are 3 trains today so it will be a busy place trying to take care of everyone. Most of our crew is gone so please be patient with those filling in for them. If you are interested in a volunteer position, we would love to meet you.
