When we opened RPP, we were the new kids in town. We were taking on a new life in a new place and had trouble finding where we fit.
We also had trouble getting back in shape, and we leaned on each other to get the ball rolling.
Then we made a couple of friends, and those friends told their friends, and then their friends told their friends, and here we are :)
To change your body, to change your life takes help:
A friendly face that believes you can do today what you couldn't do yesterday.
A welcoming, dedicated space where we see the best in everyone.
A community that props us up and pushes us to the best version of ourselves.
That's what the gym is really about - the rest is just bonuses ✨️
