Late last night in the cattle barn look a little different around here. 🐮💙

The ENNIS FFA cattle team spent the evening finishing the reset of the cattle barn and put the barn back in working order. The kids worked hard. While I told one of the kids to take pictures of everyone working… somehow all the pictures ended up being of the parents. 😂

But honestly, that says a lot about this group. Our parents work just as hard as the kids and are always there supporting them every step of the way. We are so thankful for families who show up, stay late, and help make things happen for these students.

We still have a few finishing touches left — the fans and misting system are next — but the barn is coming together, and we are incredibly thankful that Ennis ISD believes in our kids and helped us purchase the new stalls.

It takes a village, and ours is pretty special. 💙🐂

🎉 DAY 2 - OFFICER RETREAT🎉

Our Ennis FFA Officers had a fun filled day at Six Flags Over Texas. We are excited about this group of hard working, loyal, and dedicated kids to our Ennis FFA Chapter. They bring new leadership styles, fresh ideas, and progressive thoughts and visions for our programs future.

Our Ennis FFA Officers are off and running. After working PolkaFest this past Memorial Day weekend, they met today for a few hours mapping out our coming school year, and now they get to have a little fun in Arlington, TX.

Our Ennis FFA Officers and Leadership Council members are hard at work at the National Polka Booth. Come out and buy some great Czech food from them.
