The time has come again for the 4th annual Crystal Strong workout with CrossFit Ellis!

Story and prayer 8:45am
1st heat to start at 9am!

With the 3rd annual Crystal strong event coming to end this past Saturday, we wanted to say thank you to everyone involved!

Welcome to the Crystal Strong Foundation page.

We will post any and all things related to the crystal strong event on this page.

The Crystal Strong Foundation was started by Aaron Mireles and Crossfit Ellis to bring the Gym Community and general community together for one day in honor of Crystal Hernandez.

Crystal was a devoted member of Crossfit Ellis for 2 years before she got sick and ultimately passed away after a year long battle with stomach Cancer.

Crystal was a devoted wife, loving mother, and an amazing grandmother. When Crystal wasn't spending time with her family she was at the Crossfit Box getting a workout in. She loved being at Crossfit Ellis and called it her home away from home. She was always willing to give and help others in her time of need. Even when sick she still managed to make sure she was checking up on others.

This foundation was created in her honor as a way for Crossfit Ellis to give back to those families in need who are also going through the same fight she is went through.

During the crystal strong event, everyone comes together to do a workout that was designed around some of the things she loves and some of the things she hated while attending the gym.

This event is for everyone. Even if you don't workout we invite you out to cheer on those that are. We will also have a food truck on site for after the workout along with a silent auction and raffle prizes.

This is a non-profit and 100% of all money raised is donated back to a family in need.
