What an honor to have at Rotary Park in Ennis! This will be a wonderfully resource for families in Ennis. Thank you One Last Chapter Books.

📚💛 Ennis, let’s come together for something truly special!

For over 50 years, Mrs. Virginia Phillips dedicated her life to education, inspiring generations of students and sharing her love of reading with everyone around her.

Now, we have the honor of making sure her legacy continues, one book and one reader at a time. ❤️

Please join us for the official dedication of Virginia’s Little Free Library, a special tribute to a woman who meant so much to our schools and community.

📅 Saturday, October 24, 2026
⏰ 10:00 AM
📍 Rotary Park, Ennis | By the Blue Playground

The ceremony will include a special proclamation, guest speakers, and storytime with Mrs. Phillips’ granddaughters. 📖

We warmly invite her fellow teachers, former students, friends, family, and the entire Ennis community to celebrate her life and legacy with us.

If Mrs. Phillips ever taught you, worked alongside you, encouraged you, or simply made you smile, we would love to see you there.

❤️ PLEASE HELP US SPREAD THE WORD! Share this post, tag a former classmate or teacher, and help us bring together the many lives Mrs. Phillips touched.

Because some stories deserve to be shared forever. 📚💛

With love,
One Last Chapter

What an honor it is to give to our local non-profits! At today’s meeting we were blessed to hear testimonies of patients who have received therapeutic services from Runnin' Free Ranch right here in Ennis. Amy and DJ Dojahn are a blessing to this community.

Congratulations to our Rotarian of the Year, Marla May! You may have seen her all over town through the planning of the Ennis Polkafest Run this year. Because of Marla's fundraising efforts and amazing organization and planning, our annual run was the BEST YET! Marla and her husband volunteer with our flag repairs, and anywhere else she is needed. Thank you, Marla, for your dedication and service.
