Today I had the opportunity to meet with patients and their families to share my story and my platform "Curing the Curve- Scoliosis Awareness." I made crafts and played games with several sweet and inspiring patients. I was also very honored to help with PR for Texas Scottish Rite Hospital. Today was very rewarding, and I'm so honored to be in this position.- Miss Enid's Outstanding Teen, Summer Stevens.

Hi everyone! I will be linking up my personal posts with the Miss Enid and Miss Enid's Oustanding Teen page. I post daily inspiration in regards to fitness. I started posting about 6 months ago and here is why:

I want to inspire other people to live a happy and healthy life. As someone going into the medical field I am extremely passionate about holistic wellness: caring about the physical wellness, mental wellness and emotional wellness. I do not only post daily fitness tips to inspire others but also for myself. I believe that if you surround yourself with positivity and immerse yourself in empowerment then you can achieve true success: which I define as not only what you accomplish but what you lead others to accomplish as well. My hashtag: is what I use with every post to create continuity.This is tied directly to my platform which is based off of the simple characteristic of kindness. How can we expect to be kind to others if we are not kind to ourselves? Kindness towards yourself involves taking care of your body, mind and spirit! I hope you enjoy my posts!
