Leadership Greater Enid

Class 36 is already showing what makes Leadership Greater Enid so special.

Their journey kicked off last week with orientation and a team building retreat filled with learning, connection, and plenty of fun.

Class members started with icebreakers and a Working Genius session to better understand their strengths and how they collaborate. They then joined LGE alumni for an orientation luncheon before heading to the Pawnee Pit Stop, where challenges and group activities helped them build trust and confidence together.

The next day brought even more adventure in OKC — including dragon boat racing that pushed them to communicate, support one another, and lean into teamwork.

👏 We can’t wait to see how these early bonds shape their year of growth, leadership, and community impact.

This year's Youth Leadership Greater Enid just wrapped an AMAZING week!

Our students explored Enid’s business and industry sectors, got behind‑the‑scenes access, and jumped into hands‑on activities that pushed their leadership skills to the next level.

They built friendships, asked big questions, and showed us what the future of Enid looks like — bright, bold, and full of potential. We’re so proud of this group!

Congratulations to our graduating LGE Class ###V! What a tremendous year of growth, leadership, and impact.

Throughout the year, class didn’t just meet their fundraising goal for their class project — they crushed it, donating $41,459.65 to Loaves & Fishes - NW Oklahoma to support the organization’s need for a new roof. On behalf of the class, LGE board and alumni, we want to thank everyone who helped make this gift possible.

To the class, we’re so proud of everything you accomplished. Your hard work and dedication to give back to the community is truly inspirational and we are grateful to have been a part of your leadership journey. We look forward to seeing the impact each of you will continue to bring to Enid.
