Please join us Friday evening in celebrating with these students as they begin a new chapter in their lives!
8th grade promotion begins at 6:00 pm in the auditorium.
Senior graduation to follow at 7:30 pm.
The evening will conclude with a parent sponsored reception in the Centennial Gymnasium for the Senior Class.

Oklahoma Bible Academy’s Asher Young – Student Spotlight by VYPE

"Oklahoma Bible Academy’s Asher Young has found a meaningful way to combine music, faith and leadership through the school’s worship team. As a senior, Young says the experience has allowed him to grow spiritually while helping lead others in worship.

Young serves as one of the worship team’s lead singers and also plays guitar, giving him a visible role during chapels and other school events. He said the chance to use music in a Christ-centered setting is what he values most about being part of the group. “I love being on the worship team because I get to play music, which is something that I have always loved, and lead my fellow students in praising the God who died for us,” Young said."

Oklahoma Bible Academy’s Emily Crabtree – Theater Spotlight by VYPE

"At OBA, Crabtree has embraced her role as an actress and said she enjoys stepping into different characters while adding her own interpretation. Her most recent challenge came while preparing for a musical, when she balanced memorizing lines for Mayzie LaBird with her academic workload and other responsibilities, including Student Council and Anatomage.

That ability to stay involved in several areas is one of the things Crabtree appreciates most about OBA. She said the school gives students the chance to pursue a variety of interests at the same time, bringing together people with different talents and backgrounds. She also said the school’s Christ-centered environment makes the experience distinct."

Science in action!
7th and 8th grade science students worked in pairs to create a device that would keep an egg safe while falling approximately 15 feet onto concrete.
We love seeing the ingenuity of these bright minds!
