Join us for our annual elite culinary competition featuring Denver's talented chefs and bartenders while supporting and raising awareness for a hard disease - scleroderma! Indulge with delectable tastes from the extraordinary culinary talent the city has to offer. As a food critic for the night, you'll cast your vote along with our esteemed panel of guest judges to determine the ultimate winners in our Savory, Sweet, and Sip categories. We are coming together to raise money and awareness to fight scleroderma, a chronic auto-immune disease where the body attacks its own tissue that affects over 300,000 Americans. Scleroderma literally means “hard skin” which can cause thickening and tightening of the skin. Your donation will assist the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the National Scleroderma Foundation to achieve its mission to advance medical research, promote disease awareness, and provide support and education to people living with scleroderma, their families, and support networks.

We are thrilled to announce our featured speaker for the 10th Annual Food Fight for Scleroderma: She Shutes.
She Shutes is a retired educator and coach, former Collegiate Basketball All-American, NAIA Player of the Year, and National Champion, turned disability advocate, speaker, and content creator. After being diagnosed with Diffuse Systemic Scleroderma, she began sharing her life online with radical honesty and humor, documenting the highs and lows of living with chronic illness alongside joy, motherhood, marriage, and building a full life in a body that works differently than it once did.
She is a mom, a wife, an ambulatory wheelchair user, and a firm believer that a life can look completely different than you planned and still be really darn good.
We are so honored to have her voice at Food Fight 2026. October 29 is going to be a night to remember.

Ten years ago, a small but mighty Denver community decided to fight back against scleroderma, with food, with flavor, and with heart.
What started as a vision has grown into one of Denver's most unique culinary charity events, raising critical funds for research, awareness, and patient support for the 300,000 Americans living with this rare autoimmune disease.
10 years. A decade of chefs, bartenders, sponsors, volunteers, patients, and advocates showing up together. This October 29 we are celebrating everything we have built, with our biggest fundraising goal yet: $100,000 for the scleroderma community.

We are so excited to announce a very special guest for the 10th Annual Food Fight for Scleroderma: Kyle Speller, Denver Nuggets Community Ambassador.

For nearly two decades, Kyle has been one of the most recognizable voices in Denver sports as the public address announcer for the Nuggets. Now serving as the team's Community Ambassador, Kyle is deeply committed to giving back to the Denver community - and we are honored to have him joining us for Food Fight 2026.

Kyle will be in the house on October 29 at Mile High Station for a special meet and greet with First Bite VIP ticket holders in the exclusive top-floor lounge. It is just one more reason the First Bite experience is unlike anything else at Food Fight.

Meet one of your Food Fight 2026 judges: Chef Ashley Brown.
Ashley is the Executive Chef at Four by Brother Luck in Colorado Springs, where she leads a kitchen rooted in the ingredients and seasons of the Four Corners region. Wild game, river fish, farm harvests, foraged finds - each season brings a new menu and a new story told through food.
She is also a Food Network Chopped competitor and a chef with 14 years of professional kitchen experience. But what sets Ashley apart is not just her technique. It is her philosophy.
"The magic lies in watching a simple idea evolve into a beautifully plated dish that tells a story."
She wants every plate to make you feel something. Our Savory and Sweet competitors are going to need to bring that same intention to their stations on October 29.

Here is what the First Bite experience looks like on October 29 at Mile High Station:
At 5:30 PM, doors open exclusively for First Bite guests - 30 minutes before the main event. You are first through the doors, first to taste the competitors' finishing touches, and first to experience everything at its absolute best. And for a limited time, if you purchase a First Bite ticket before Oct 1st - you get a raffle ticket included!

Meet one of your Food Fight 2026 judges: Becky Rose, President of the Colorado Bartenders Guild.
Becky is a top 30 finalist at the USBG Presents World Class competition, one of the most competitive and prestigious bartending contests in the world. Her entry stood out for its creativity and craft - an original cocktail menu inspired by poetry, each drink accompanied by hand-drawn illustrations made by her sister in a single week.
She has been a champion of excellence and community in the Denver bar industry throughout her career, and she knows better than almost anyone what separates a truly great cocktail from an unforgettable one.
On October 29, she will be watching closely as our Sip competitors bring their best to Mile High Station. We could not be more honored to have her on the panel.
