With Broken Hearts, We Remember Our Beloved Domenic Romano 💔

It is with profound sadness that we share the unexpected passing of our beloved Dom.

Dom served as the Adaptive Sports Leader at Achilles International, but to us, he was so much more than a colleague or a leader. He was family.

Dom had a special way of making everyone feel welcomed, cared for, and valued. His kindness, compassion, and genuine love for others embodied everything that Achilles stands for. He touched countless lives and made our Achilles family stronger simply by being part of it.

It is difficult to put into words the sadness we feel as we try to process this heartbreaking loss. Dom’s impact on our community will never be forgotten, and his spirit will live on in the athletes, guides, volunteers, and friends whose lives he touched.

Rest peacefully, Dom. You were loved more than words can express, and you will be missed more than you will ever know. 💔💛
