Fourth Graders continue to work on their project to replant the two flowerbeds in the front of the elementary school. They have met with Master Gardner, Debbie Denton, to hear about her work at the Old Mill in Little Rock. They learned that creating a successful garden requires extensive research. Using scale drawings, the students are planning with plant sizes after they have researched perennial, native, hearty plants and flowers for zone 8.
