Our 9th Annual Outrun Addiction 5K was an incredible day, and it wouldn’t have been possible without ALL OF YOU!

To our amazing sponsors, participants, and volunteers—thank you for giving your time, believing in our mission, and standing alongside those whose lives have been impacted by addiction.

For nine years, this community has come together with one purpose: to support those fighting addiction, celebrate those in recovery, and honor those we have lost. ❤️

Outrun Addiction has become so much more than a race. It’s a community built on hope, remembrance, recovery, and the belief that no one has to stand alone.

We’re excited to welcome Cultivating Better Minds to the Outrun Addiction 5K! 💚

Cultivating Better Minds is a community-driven organization dedicated to helping individuals build stable, healthy, purpose-driven lives through recovery support, reentry assistance, mentorship, faith, and connection to community resources. Their mission is rooted in the belief that community brings healing and transformation—and together, we can change lives.

They’ll be joining us at Outrun Addiction and distributing FREE Narcan, an important resource that can help save a life during an opioid overdose.

Please stop by their tent, meet their team, learn more about the work they’re doing, and pick up Narcan to have on hand. You never know when you may be in a position to save someone’s life. 💚

We’re grateful to have organizations like Cultivating Better Minds standing alongside us as we continue to bring awareness, resources, recovery, and hope to our community.

To date, this is the LARGEST Outrun Addiction 5K yet! Every year this community continues to show up bigger and stronger. We are beyond grateful for every single person joining us. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
