Sunday's Old Home Day Conservation Hike will start at 1:00 pm. It will be led by Jay Welenc of Enfield's Conservation Commission and will follow the Mill Pond, Caleb Marshall and Caroling Whitcher Trails beginning at the Lower Shaker Wildlife Management parking area/trailhead on Route 4A across from the Shaker Museum. The hike will be approximately 3.5 miles and will take 1.5 to 2 hours. The elevation gain will be about 680'. Happy Trails!

Interested in taking a tour of one of Enfield's Historic Treasures? Now's your chance!

The Town House was Enfield's first Town Hall and center of social life in Enfield long before many of us were born. It is listed on the National Historic Register of Historic Places as well.

Enfield Center Town House opposite the Enfield Center Union Church and the Enfield Center School House and one of the three buildings that makes up the Historic Triangle in Enfield Center, will hold an Open House, Saturday, July 25th from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.

The Enfield Town House was just voted as the top priority project of the Heritage Commissions 2026/2027 yearly plan.

Stop by to learn a little about its history, take a tour and if you have ideas on how we can utilize this building in the future, feel free to share with our docents, Celie and Leigh.

Ice Cream is always on everyone's list of summer treats! Join the Enfield Public Library. who has sponsored this annual event for I don't know how long, but it's not an Old Home Days event you want to miss! Come on over to Enfield Shaker Museum's North Family area in front of the newly renovated Chosen Vale Performance Center, 410 NH Route 4A and enjoy FREE Ice Cream Sundaes from 1:00 to 3:00 pm tomorrow, July 25, 2026. Face painting and crafts will be available for the kids and "kids at heart" adults. Surrounding the parking lot we will also host several community businesses and organizations who have set up information booths to learn more about what's happening in your hometown throughout the year.

What's on my mind? Sweet Treats!

To satisfy your sweet cravings during Old Home Days this Saturday, July 25th, stop by St. Helena's Church in Enfield for their Bake Sale from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. It's just one of the many happenings on our program of activities. I'm thinking Chocolate Cream Pie!

Mark your calendar, another Old Home Day Activity!

The Enfield Community Lutheran Church Yard Sale and Luncheon will be happening at 96 Main Street on Saturday, July 25th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Lunch begins at 11:00 am and includes hamburgers, hot dogs, salads, chips, watermelon, beverages and desserts. A map for the town-wide yard sales will also be available here.
