🇮🇪Enderlin Ag Ed students, parents, family members, and Ms. Nord have arrived in Dublin, Ireland for their “Ag in Ireland” trip! 🇮🇪
A little over two years ago the company of EF Tours reached out to various schools in ND about booking an “Agriculture in Ireland” trip. Ms. Nord had visited with other Ag teachers from across the state who had done the same tour through EF and they had great experiences! After discussing with admin, students in grades 9-10th at the time (and their families) were allowed to enroll on the trip!
Our group of 12 flew out of Fargo at 4:30pm on Monday, June 15th, had a connecting flight in Chicago, and a 7.5 hour plane ride to Dublin from there! We landed in Dublin around 12:30pm Ireland time, found our missing luggage (and our tour bus), and then headed downtown for a guided walking tour of the city with our tour guide Robin!
While downtown, we got to see(check out the captions on the pictures to learn more about each):
- The Mansion House
- St. Stephen’s Green
- Grafton Street
- Temple Bar District
- Ha’Penny Bridge
- The famous GPO Building (General Post Office)
We ended the evening with a chicken stew, potato, and brownie supper at Murray’s Bar and Grill! We are also traveling with groups from Beulah and Dickinson!
Stayed tuned to see our adventures over the next 8 days!
