Waking up to a kind message makes me smile even more at how I am able to do what I LOVE and share it!

☀️”Gm Betsy - I just wanted to share how much {my child} enjoyed yoga yesterday.

😊She told me she “wants to go to yoga everyday”. She has not said that about any other after school activities so that means a lot!

💛Thank you for offering such a special class. I’m super grateful for you and all that you do💗”

✨Our school programs are growing!

✨Mindful Mondays are helping kids and their parents reset in Nature at Cottonwood Creek Park.

✨Wonder Wednesdays Nature School is bringing heart-centered learning and team-building to kids ages 6-12 each week!

Such a splendid Sunday with our kids .is.current 🍀

I love how the older kids have been guiding the younger ones to lead games of their choosing. 💛

There’s always more than I could ever expect unfolding and lots of opportunities for magic. ✨

After class I drew the “Space Bubble” card and took myself to one of my favorite parks to just chill… And there was a beautiful dandelion waiting to be wished on.

Three different groups of kids worked on this piece at three different classes.

We are truly in an era of collaboration.

The kids get this so naturally.

Giddy up Year of the Fire Horse 🔥

Everyone Is an Integral Piece of a bigger picture beyond what our eyes can perceive.
