We’re back in action - with our newly improved greenhouse! 🌱
Our 10x12 hybrid greenhouse/screenhouse is officially ready for spring seedling production, and it’s a beauty.
We built panel with screen and hardware cloth sandwiched between cedar planks - creating the perfect balance of airflow and pest protection.
The permanent fertigation system arrives tomorrow to give these babies their nutrient boost, and the solar vents + misting fans are queued up for installation as temperatures rise.

Today, Healthy Day Partners® teamed up with to rescue fresh locally sourced food, and pack vibrant, healthy produce boxes for 76 local families in need 💚
That’s 76 households receiving a variety of nourishing fruits and vegetables, pantry staples, and the dignity of fresh food on their tables this week.
This is what community looks like. This is what healthy and resilient communities look like.
This is neighbors caring for neighbors, and nonprofits supporting nonprofits.

Check out our new electric van! ⚡️☀️
Healthy Day Partners has long been teaching and practicing sustainability - and now our vehicle reflects those values, too. 🌱♻️
This upgrade also means we have more room for plants and trees as we continue popping up in urban and rural communities to plant fruit tree orchards that increase access to healthy food in low-income neighborhoods, empower food-insecure families to grow their own food, and support our beautiful community in every way we can.
You may notice part of the vehicle wrap is covered; we can’t quite reveal who sponsored this incredible upgrade just yet… but stay tuned for a big announcement coming soon! 🎉🚐
